I have trained with Pat Divilly’s “Journey The Breath Facilitator Training Program” this unique hybrid method integrates shadow work, somatic release, and nervous system regulation, helping you process stored emotions, release tension, and reconnect with your authentic self.
By manipulating the breath in specific ways, we bypass the conscious mind and tap into the subconscious, allowing energy, emotions, and physical sensations to be felt and expressed without forcing or bypassing the experience.
